What can it help with?

What is Reflexology?

I offer a bespoke reflexology treatment to suit your individual needs either from the comfort of your own home or in a private room within my home.  I have a Centralia Reflexology Mastership at Level 5 and am a member of the Association of Reflexologists and registered with the CNHC (Complementary National Healthcare Council.

Reflexology is an ancient form of massage dating as far back as the Egyptians.  It is a non-intrusive therapy based on the theory that parts of the body can be mapped to different points/areas on the hands, feet, lower legs and ears.

How does it work?

By stimulating these points and areas with pressure and manipulation, nerve function and blood supply may be improved.  This may help alleviate stress and other health problems and restore balance throughout the body.

I have had specialist training in:

  • Reflexology for Fertility
  • Reflexology in Pregnancy
  • Reflexology for Cancer and Palliative Care

​and have knowledge of Meridian Reflexology.

​I have also took a GAIA AromaReflex course (Aromatherapy for Reflexologists) and so can incorporate using essential oils as part of my treatments.
