Level 5 Clinical Reflexologist
By stimulating these points and areas with pressure and manipulation, nerve function and blood supply may be improved. This may help alleviate stress and other health problems and restore balance throughout the body.
How does it work?
I offer a bespoke reflexology treatment to suit your individual needs either from the comfort of your own home or in a private room within my home. I have a Centralia Reflexology Mastership at Level 5 and am a member of Professional Reflexology, the Association of Reflexologists and registered with the CNHC (Complementary National Healthcare Council.
Reflexology is an ancient form of massage dating as far back as the Egyptians. It is a non-intrusive therapy based on the theory that parts of the body can be mapped to different points/areas on the hands, feet, lower legs and ears.
"I first began using Allison in May after my doctor said I was suffering from anxiety and depression and I was given medication, but I am not one for medication and after fortnightly sessions of reflexology I began to pick up and I now look forward to having reflexology. Allison herself is a tonic. She is so understanding and very helpful. I have total confidence in what she does and have no hesitation in recommending her."
Wilma J, St.Helens
"I was suffering from stress related headaches and was feeling very irritable all the time when my sister-in law suggested reflexology. I went through the Association of Reflexologists to find someone registered who was local to me and found Allison. I started having a few weekly sessions and then moved to fortnightly and within two sessions my headaches were not as frequent and I felt more relaxed and less irritable. I would definitely recommend reflexology with Allison."
Louise H, Warrington
"Following a car accident, I had been suffering for months with back, neck and arm pain and despite various medications and physio, I still suffered with my pain. Since starting my reflexology sessions with Allison, I have enjoyed pain free weeks and feel able to do tasks I have had difficulties with. Reflexology with Allison has truly been a saving grace and I would totally recommend this form of treatment."
Tracey B, Widnes
Reflexology has been particularly successful at helping to manage pain, ease stress/anxiety and balance hormones, thus helping symptoms of PMS and the menopause. It's an extremely relaxing and beneficial therapy to have encouraging the body to self-heal.
